Legal
Terms.
These terms cover your use of this website. Please read them before you use it.
1. About these terms
This website is operated by Dot Product Pty Ltd, based in Brisbane, Australia. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. What this site is
This site describes AI implementation services for Australian companies: the audit, the company brain, and the builds on top of it, with their fees. Its form asks for a 30-minute call.
Asking for a call does not create an account, a contract, or an obligation on either side. It means we will be in touch to arrange a time. Any engagement is agreed separately, in writing, before any work starts or any fee is payable.
3. Information on this site
We aim to keep everything here accurate and current, but it is general information, not professional advice for your business. Fees, timings and descriptions of services may change, and are confirmed in writing before any engagement.
Examples of audit outputs, such as the opportunity matrix, the roadmap, tool specs and the return summary, are drawn from work delivered for clients, anonymised. They show the shape of the work, not a promise of the same result for you.
4. Client results and quotes
Client results on this site are what those clients measured after the work, published with their agreement, and quotes are in their own words. They describe what happened for them. Your results will depend on your business, your team and your data, and are not guaranteed.
5. Third-party names
Product names and trade marks mentioned on this site, such as the tools the company brain reads from, belong to their owners. Naming them describes what the work connects to; it does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including its text, drawings, photographs and design, is protected by copyright. You may view it and print it for your own reference. You may not copy, republish or sell it without our written permission.
7. Your use of the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or submit false information through the form. We may block access to anyone who does.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we provide this site as it is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or your reliance on the information on it.
9. Links to other sites
Where this site links to another website, such as a source for a figure, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content.
10. Privacy
How we handle information from the form and from your visit is set out in our privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page with a new effective date.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
13. Contact us
